Senior Account Manager – Advertising

About the role

Netflix is expanding its Ads team and is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead the end‑to‑end execution of advertising campaigns. You will act as a strategic partner for top client accounts, collaborating with sales, client partners and internal teams to deliver seamless campaign activation and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a consultative partner for strategic accounts, understanding client needs and proposing Netflix advertising solutions.
• Lead media planning, respond to RFPs, and develop pricing, targeting and packaging proposals.
• Host weekly pipeline and pacing meetings with Client Partners to align on upcoming launches and ongoing performance.
• Conduct campaign kick‑off meetings, gather launch assets and oversee order implementation with Ads Operations.
• Monitor delivery performance, optimize campaigns, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Provide data‑driven insights, post‑campaign reports and measurement analysis to clients.
• Manage escalations, develop long‑term solutions and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to produce custom creative assets and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of ad products, sponsorships, targeting capabilities and policies.
• Create and maintain training materials, mentor new Account Managers and support sales enablement initiatives.
• Assist with monthly billing, invoicing and finance coordination.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably within advertising or media sales.
• Proven ability to manage strategic client relationships and deliver complex advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience presenting performance insights and optimization recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of leading meetings and workshops.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with operations, product and finance teams.
• Ability to develop training content and mentor junior colleagues.
