Senior Account Director – Remote US

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Account Director to lead client engagements across the United States, either on‑site or remotely. In this senior position you will drive new‑logo acquisition, expand existing relationships, and shape the growth strategy for Digital BPM Services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and open new accounts/logos for BPM services, collaborating with IL, BPM CSG leadership and sales teams.
• Develop account plans and business‑development point‑of‑views (POVs) with sales and solution leads.
• Farm designated accounts, nurturing existing relationships to generate upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Lead sales conversations, create customized client POVs for Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, Procurement, and HRO.
• Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
• Work with senior sales and CSG leaders to assess and mitigate company risks affecting growth.
• Research market opportunities and communicate client needs to internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent, or equivalent experience.
• 14+ years of experience with strong sales, relationship management, and account management in the BPM industry.
• Proven track record of new‑logo acquisition and revenue growth.
• Excellent client presentation, communication, and networking abilities.
