Security Team Lead, TS/SCI with CI Poly Required

About the role

Connexus Hub is seeking a Security Team Lead to manage and oversee security operations for a government contract. The role combines managerial responsibility with hands‑on technical security tasks, requiring an active TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph.

Key responsibilities

• Primary managerial and technical point of contact with the CO, COR, and Government management.
• Day‑to‑day management, administration and performance oversight of the contract, including supervision of all personnel.
• Ensure contract goals are met within budget, schedule, scope and quality constraints.
• Lead the team, develop risk‑mitigation plans, maintain open communication with the Government and resolve issues.
• Perform physical‑security tasks such as walkthroughs, inspections, badge issuance, visitor control and facility closing.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or 4+ years relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience providing administrative and physical security for a Government agency.
• At least 2 years direct supervisory experience managing performance, schedules and daily administration.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Intrusion Detection Systems, including UL‑2050 certified IDS.
• Familiarity with Government‑approved security devices, safes, storage containers, locks and personnel entry control systems.
• Working knowledge of JPAS DISS and Scattered Castles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
