Security Specialist (TS/SCI with CI Poly)

Connexus Hub is a professional services firm that partners with government agencies and Fortune 500 customers. The company blends the agility of a small business with the scale of a large organization. They are seeking a Security Specialist to support physical and personnel security operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct physical security walkthroughs and inspections of facilities.
• Perform security indoctrinations, schedule polygraph examinations, and investigate security violations.
• Manage badge programming and ensure badge issuance within 24 hours of request.
• Provide visitor escort services and front‑desk support for access control.
• Participate in meetings as a subject‑matter expert on security matters.
• Oversee facility closing procedures and security walkthroughs.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) or 4+ years relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years providing administrative and physical security for a government agency.
• Experience in a customer‑support role for at least 2 years.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Intrusion Detection Systems, including UL 2050 certified IDS.
• Familiarity with government‑approved devices, safes, storage containers, locks and locking systems.
• Experience with personnel entry control systems.
• Working knowledge of JPAS DISS and Scattered Castles.
