Seasonal Store Sales Associate (Holiday)

About the role

Levi's® Fashion Outlets of Chicago is seeking enthusiastic seasonal sales associates to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience during the busy holiday period. You will work directly with the Store Manager and a dynamic team to support customers and maintain store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high‑volume periods.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting and assisting shoppers.
• Maintain visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging purchases at the register.
• Follow all Levi's® store policies, procedures, and directives from management.
• Perform other tasks as needed to ensure smooth store operations.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts (e.g., Black Friday).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum age of 16 years.

Required skills

• Physical stamina to handle repetitive motions and lifting requirements.
• Ability to follow store policies and directives accurately.
