Seasonal Store Sales Associate – Clinton, CT

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking enthusiastic seasonal sales associates to support the Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets store during the busy holiday period. You will work closely with the Store Manager and a dynamic team to deliver a high‑quality shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high‑volume periods.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting and assisting shoppers.
• Maintain store appearance by following visual presentation standards, replenishing merchandise, and performing general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging purchases at the register.
• Follow all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and directives from management.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts (e.g., Black Friday).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders (with reasonable accommodation if needed).
• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
