Seasonal Sales Stylist – Westfield Century City

About the role

This temporary, holiday‑season position supports the Beyond Yoga store at Westfield Century City. You will represent the brand, provide knowledgeable product guidance, and create a welcoming, service‑focused environment for shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and convey the brand’s body‑positive values to customers.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets while maintaining visual standards.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment efficiently.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and partner with store leadership on escalated issues.
• Adopt new technologies, including Shopify, to enhance the shopping experience.

Required profile

• Enjoy a fast‑paced, multitasking environment and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborative, inclusive team player who embodies the company’s core values.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn new tools and initiatives.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform physical tasks.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
