Seasonal Sales Stylist – Retail – Walnut Creek

About the role

We are looking for a Seasonal Sales Stylist to join our Beyond Yoga store in Walnut Creek for the holiday season. In this temporary role you will create an authentic, service‑oriented environment, showcase product knowledge and help customers connect with the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and cultivate genuine customer connections.
• Meet or exceed daily store and individual sales targets.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards and housekeeping procedures.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage markdowns and replenish merchandise while following store policies.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and partner with store leadership on escalated issues.
• Adopt and advocate for new in‑store technologies, including familiarity with the Shopify platform.

Required profile

• Enjoy a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven retail environment and multitask effectively.
• Collaborative self‑starter with a growth mindset and willingness to learn new tools.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holiday shifts.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking and kneeling.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
