Seasonal Sales Stylist – Larchmont Village

About the role

This temporary, holiday‑season position supports Beyond Yoga’s Larchmont Village store in Los Angeles. The Sales Stylist provides knowledgeable, service‑focused assistance to customers while driving store sales.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and create authentic, connection‑driven selling experiences.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain visual standards, store appearance, and housekeeping procedures.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and partner with leadership on escalated issues.
• Adopt new in‑store technologies and apply Shopify platform knowledge when applicable.
• Build relationships with teammates and the local community through events and brand‑ambassador activities.

Required profile

• Enjoy a fast‑paced, multitasking environment and flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborative, inclusive mindset aligned with company culture.
• Self‑starter with growth mindset, eager to learn new tools.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform typical retail movements.
• Reliable transportation and high school diploma or GED preferred.
