Seasonal Sales Stylist – Chicago

About the role

We are looking for a seasonal sales stylist to join our Beyond Yoga store in Chicago’s Fulton Market during the holiday period. The role focuses on delivering an authentic, service‑oriented experience while driving sales and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and foster genuine customer connections.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain store visual standards and general housekeeping.
• Handle cash, shipments, markdowns, and replenishment efficiently.
• Resolve customer concerns positively and partner with leadership on escalated issues.
• Adopt new technologies, including Shopify, to enhance the consumer experience.
• Build relationships and support a diverse, inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with the team and home‑office partners on community events and brand initiatives.

Required profile

• Enjoy a fast‑paced, multitasking environment and meet flexible scheduling needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborative role model who embodies inclusion and belonging.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn new tools.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and kneeling.
• Reliable transportation and high school diploma or GED preferred.
