Seasonal Sales Stylist – Boston Seaport

About the role

We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Stylist to join the Beyond Yoga store at Boston Seaport for the holiday season. The role focuses on delivering an authentic, service‑oriented experience while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and create genuine connections with customers.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales goals.
• Handle cash, process shipments, set the floor, manage markdowns and replenish merchandise.
• Maintain visual standards and store appearance according to brand guidelines.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and collaborate with store leadership on escalated issues.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about Beyond Yoga’s mission and comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays and the ability to lift up to 40 lb.
• Reliable transportation and a high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Team‑player who promotes an inclusive and diverse workplace.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of the Shopify platform (plus).
