About the role

Join Nespresso’s new boutique in the Mall of Millenia for a seasonal, part‑time retail position. You will be the welcoming face of the store, offering complimentary coffee tastings and helping guests find their perfect coffee match. The role runs through the holiday season until early January, with up to 19 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer.
• Elevate hospitality by providing exceptional service and coffee tastings.
• Share Nespresso’s sustainability mission and recycling initiatives.
• Operate digital systems and point‑of‑sale software.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and attractive boutique environment.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth store operations.
• Be fully available for opening, closing, weekend, and peak holiday shifts.
