Join Nespresso for the holiday season as a part‑time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate. You will be the welcoming face of the La Jolla boutique, greeting guests, offering complimentary coffee tastings and supporting boutique operations. This role is ideal for anyone passionate about coffee, hospitality and thriving in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer.
• Elevate boutique hospitality by delivering exceptional service.
• Share Nespresso’s sustainability mission and promote recycling initiatives.
• Guide customers through coffee tastings to help them find their perfect match.
• Operate digital systems and point‑of‑sale software accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and attractive boutique environment.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a cohesive work atmosphere.

Required profile

• Passion for coffee and hospitality with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work fast‑paced, adapt to change and handle peak holiday traffic.
• Availability for open and closing shifts, weekends and holiday peak hours through January 2027.
• Enthusiasm for learning about coffee and sharing that knowledge with guests.
