About the role

Join Nespresso as a part‑time Seasonal Sales Associate (up to 19 hours per week) for the holiday season. You’ll be the welcoming face of our boutique, greeting customers, offering complimentary coffee tastings, and helping with boutique operations to create an inviting experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers.
• Elevate hospitality in the boutique by providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Share Nespresso’s mission and values in sustainability and recycling.
• Guide customers on their coffee journey through tastings.
• Manage digital systems and point‑of‑sale software.
• Maintain a beautiful boutique environment with a safety‑first mindset.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a cohesive work environment.

Required profile

• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced luxury setting.
• Availability for open and closing shifts, weekends, and holiday peak hours throughout January 2027.
• Enthusiasm for creating memorable customer experiences and sharing coffee knowledge.
