Seasonal Retail Associate

About the role

As a Seasonal Associate you will deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and on‑stage service during peak periods. You will create a welcoming environment and keep the store stocked and visually ready in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service by supporting the team to achieve sales goals and create memorable client experiences.
• Support daily operations through inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment and maintaining operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork, promoting a culture where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and helping create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping environment.

Required profile

• Experience in retail, hospitality or other client‑focused environments (preferred).
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Quick learner able to complete tasks efficiently and maintain a goal‑driven mindset.
• Strong commitment to client service and ability to work well in a fast‑paced team.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
