Seasonal Maintenance Supervisor – Overture 9th & CO

About the role

This full‑time, temporary position supports seasonal business needs at a Denver community, overseeing interior and exterior maintenance to ensure safety, appearance, and functionality. The role provides leadership for maintenance operations while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep, diagnosing issues and making repairs according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for cleanliness and appearance of community grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and common areas.
• Inspect work performed by team members and contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts, order supplies, and complete monthly preventative maintenance tasks.
• Conduct safety meetings, manage MSDS documentation, and ensure OSHA compliance.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation, treating residents with respect and responding promptly to maintenance inquiries.
• Leadership ability to direct maintenance operations and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
