Seasonal Bilingual People Support Associate

About the role

This temporary, seasonal position supports hourly factory personnel at Nestlé’s Morton, IL facility. The bilingual resource acts as a translator and liaison between management, Human Resources, and the Spanish‑speaking seasonal workforce, ensuring clear communication and smooth administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide English‑Spanish translation for management and seasonal employees, including daily verbal and written communication.
• Answer phone calls, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and maintain department files and records.
• Prepare and distribute announcements, reports, and special communications.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee questions, provide guidance, and escalate issues according to process.
• Support organization of activities and events, and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (required); two years of work experience preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Detail‑oriented, able to work in a fast‑paced, seasonal night‑shift environment.
• Proactive self‑starter with ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment such as copier, scanner, and fax machine.
