Scrum Master – Utilities Domain

About the role

Infosys’ SURE unit is looking for a Scrum Master specialized in the utilities sector to join its Miami team. You will support digital transformation projects that leverage AI and advanced analytics to modernize metering, invoicing and other core utility processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry standards.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies and work with stakeholders to ensure solution performance meets domain‑specific insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams to document system customizations, configurations and draft standard operating procedures.
• Research third‑party products within the utilities domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs and scalability.
• Coordinate implementation of solutions, address issues during setup and integration, and maintain SOPs to ensure system stability post‑implementation.
