About the role
The School Counselor provides psychological support and counseling services to students, promoting mental health and well‑being within the school community.
Key responsibilities
- Provide psychological support and counseling services to students.
- Promote students' mental health and well‑being.
- Develop and implement counseling programs and activities.
- Monitor and report on counseling performance and metrics.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to support student mental health.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in school counseling.
- Professional counseling certification is preferred.
Required skills
- Strong counseling and psychological assessment abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of counseling best practices and tools.
