SAP WM Consultant – Elma, NY

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP WM Consultant to join its Manufacturing unit in Elma, NY. You will work on transforming complex warehouse management processes for clients in automotive, aerospace, defense and industrial manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes, identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customizations and integrations based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced SAP WM/EWM customizations and collaborate with development teams on critical software applications.
• Create and manage complex integration workflows linking SAP ERP with external applications, and lead large‑scale data migration strategies.
• Implement performance‑optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability and user experience, while ensuring compliance with security protocols and industry standards.
• Produce detailed documentation for ERP customizations and conduct training workshops for diverse user groups.
