SAP UX Architect

About the role

The SAP UX Architect will lead the end‑to‑end user experience strategy for SAP transformation initiatives, ensuring intuitive, consistent, and business‑aligned experiences across SAP applications. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, developers, and product owners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the UX vision and architecture for SAP programs such as S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, SAP Ariba, and SuccessFactors.
• Establish UX principles, design patterns, and guidelines aligned with SAP Fiori Design Guidelines.
• Conduct user research, create personas, journey maps, and task analyses; translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and interaction models.
• Design and review SAP Fiori apps (analytical, transactional, freestyle) and provide UX governance for enhancements and custom developments.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and SMEs to align UX with business outcomes and act as a UX evangelist across the SAP program.
• Define and maintain a design system/component library, ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and compliance with enterprise standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading UX strategy for SAP transformation initiatives.
• Strong collaboration skills with business stakeholders, SAP functional consultants, and development teams.
• Ability to influence design maturity and act as a UX champion across large SAP programs.
