SAP Solutions Architect – BTP

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a highly motivated SAP Solutions Architect who is passionate about the SAP ecosystem. The role involves defining solution strategy, driving design and technical implementation, and architecting innovative SAP BTP solutions for a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture design workshops and build, integrate, and deploy SAP applications on SAP BTP Cloud.
• Establish processes and tools, providing technical guidance to improve SAP BTP best practices.
• Manage, configure, and optimize SAP BTP services to meet business needs.
• Ensure stability, security, and scalability of SAP BTP environments and seamless integration with other systems.
• Develop architectural plans for SAP S/4 HANA integration across complex landscapes of third‑party, legacy, and cloud solutions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP, S/4, BTP and RISE.
• Extensive SAP technical architecture experience, especially with SAP BTP solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and WorkZone.
• Proven track record as a Technical Architect in business transformation programs.
• Experience driving BTP initiatives in DevOps and agile environments.
