SAP Incident Manager – Remote US

About the role

Infosys is looking for an experienced SAP Incident Manager to join its consulting team. You will work remotely from anywhere in the United States, supporting global clients in SAP production environments and ensuring high‑quality incident resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Discover and define problem statements, evaluate solution options and make recommendations.
• Plan and execute configuration activities, conduct conference‑room pilots and resolve design‑related queries.
• Deliver solution demonstrations, POC/Proof‑of‑Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgets.
• Support knowledge transfer and provide value‑adding consulting solutions for changing global needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and at least 7 years of IT experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as needed.
• 7+ years as an SAP Incident Manager with strong SAP AMS/Production Support experience.

Required skills

• SAP Incident Management and SAP AMS.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management processes.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Jira or Remedy ticketing tools.
• Familiarity with SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, and Basis.
