SAP Engineering Coordinator – 1st Shift

About the role

The SAP Engineering Coordinator supports manufacturing operations by improving production processes, managing SAP production data, and ensuring accurate system information across departments. This position acts as a bridge between engineering, production, and system management.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
• Convert Engineering Bills of Materials (EBOM) into Manufacturing Bills of Materials (MBOM).
• Create, maintain, and update SAP master data including BOMs, routings, and work centers.
• Support SAP Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM) modules.
• Create, release, and monitor production orders to meet manufacturing schedules.
• Ensure system data accurately reflects shop‑floor production activities.
• Troubleshoot SAP issues and assist users with system errors.
• Generate and analyze reports on production performance, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
