SAP ABAP / S4 HANA Consultant – Principal (Irving, TX)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP ABAP / S4 HANA Consultant to join its Life Sciences unit in Irving, Texas. You will work on complex ERP customizations, integrations and data migrations that support innovative digital solutions for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes, identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced customizations on the ERP platform, collaborating with development teams to deliver critical software applications.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows linking the ERP system with external applications, and lead large‑scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity.
• Implement performance‑optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives and security audits.
• Create detailed documentation for ERP customizations and conduct training workshops for diverse user groups.
