Sales Representative – Wood County Area

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow our presence in the Wood County area of Wisconsin. The role focuses on identifying, prospecting, and winning new accounts across Clark, Wood, and Juneau counties, selling a full portfolio of wine and spirits to on‑ and off‑premise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing and potential accounts, create efficient routing patterns, and conduct surveys to ensure compliance.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, manage product placements, and educate staff on priority brands.
• Maintain inventory levels, restock shelves where permitted, and handle customer receivables and issues.
• Achieve sales and merchandising objectives by meeting distribution, volume, and activity goals set by management.
• Support new account openings and participate in sales blitzes and supplier collaborations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent training and experience.
• Minimum two years of sales experience, preferably in beverage or consumer goods.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift 45‑65 lb.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Basic PC proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation software.
• Analytic and reporting capabilities to track account performance.
