Sales Representative - Waupaca County Area

About the role

We’re looking for driven, new‑business‑focused Sales Representatives to expand Breakthru’s presence across out‑state Wisconsin. Your primary focus will be identifying, prospecting and winning new accounts in the Waupaca, Outagamie and Shawano Counties.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and service accounts on an efficient routing pattern, conduct surveys, ensure compliance, deliver professional sales presentations, restock shelves where permitted, and provide staff training on priority brands.
• Achieve sales and merchandising objectives by strategizing with pricing and inventory data, maintaining brand visibility, collecting payments, supporting new account openings, and participating in supplier sales calls and blitzes.
• Handle beverage‑alcohol products responsibly and address customer issues, escalating to management as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, strong PC skills, and proficiency with MS Office and presentation software.
• Must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, work independently or within a team, and meet deadlines with analytical and reporting skills.

What we offer

• Base salary of $50,000 per year with up to $10,000 annual bonus and $10,000 incentives.
