Sales Representative – Sawyer County Area

About the role

We’re looking for driven, new‑business‑focused Sales Representatives to help grow our presence across out‑state Wisconsin. Your #1 focus will be identifying, prospecting and winning new accounts across Bayfield, Price and Sawyer Counties.

Key responsibilities

• Call on accounts, create efficient routing patterns and analyze each account for growth opportunities.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, manage product placement, and restock shelves where legally permissible.
• Educate staff on priority brands through training seminars and manage receivables, credits and returns.
• Achieve sales and merchandising objectives, maintain brand visibility, and collect payments.
• Support new account openings, develop opening orders, and participate in supplier sales calls and blitzes.
• Conduct safe, responsible interactions with the public while handling alcoholic beverages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently or within a team, and meet deadlines.
• Must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and have reliable transportation with insurance.
