Sales Representative – Retail Berry Sales

About the role

Driscoll’s is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive fresh berry sales within its retail channel. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to align demand, supply, and marketing initiatives, ensuring customers receive the highest level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Execute mid‑ and short‑range selling strategies for an assigned account base, balancing supply and demand.
• Maintain accurate customer demand forecasts and align sales execution with company targets.
• Collaborate with Customer Development, Demand Management, Marketing, Supply Chain Planning, and Sales Leadership.
• Negotiate sales terms, manage relationships, and drive premium pricing that outperforms competitors.
• Implement continuous improvement processes to increase efficiency and accuracy of sales activities.
• Monitor customer satisfaction through trade surveys and adjust service programs accordingly.

Required profile

• Proven sales negotiation and account management experience, preferably with perishable commodities.
• Ability to plan strategically while multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a focus on customer value creation.
• Commitment to operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
