Sales Representative - On Premise - Orange County North

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to manage on‑premise accounts in Orange County North. You will work directly with bars, restaurants and other hospitality venues to grow the sales of our beer, wine and spirits brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and follow an efficient daily route to visit assigned accounts.
• Analyze each account, identify growth opportunities and ensure compliance with national account standards.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, introduce new products, and negotiate placements on well and back bars, drink and wine lists, and promotional displays.
• Maintain product inventory on‑site, restock shelves where legally permitted, and monitor out‑of‑stock situations.
• Provide brand education and training seminars to account staff.
• Process credits, returns and manage receivables, collecting payments where allowed.
• Address customer issues, handle special delivery requests and coordinate with management as needed.
• Achieve sales, volume and merchandising targets set by the company and suppliers.
• Support new account openings by preparing opening orders in collaboration with the Field Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Current associate eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for traveling to customer locations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced selling environment.
• Passion for the beer, wine and spirits industry and a team‑oriented mindset.
