Sales Representative – On-Premise Account Management

About the role

Join Anheuser‑Busch as an On‑Premise Sales Representative, owning a sales route and driving market share for a portfolio that includes iconic beer and spirits brands. You will work directly with retail accounts to increase distribution, shelf space, and sales volume.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned on‑premise retail accounts to sell volume, monitor pricing, and manage shelf space.
• Build and maintain business relationships, delivering professional sales presentations and sell sheets.
• Negotiate agreements, close sales, and resolve credit issues with the credit department.
• Monitor product freshness, rotate stock, and ensure compliance with shelf standards.
• Gather market and customer data, provide feedback on buying trends, and participate in new‑product launches and tastings.

Required profile

• At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• High school diploma or GED; 1+ years of warehouse, delivery, sales, or merchandising experience preferred.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and repetitive movements.
