Sales Representative – Off‑Premise Beer (Lakewood)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to promote our beer portfolio across off‑premise accounts in the Lakewood area. This full‑time, commission‑based position is ideal for current associates who enjoy a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and have reliable transportation.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned accounts daily, following an efficient routing plan.
• Conduct surveys, ensure national account compliance, and present professional sales pitches.
• Maintain product levels, restock shelves where permitted, and manage inventory visibility.
• Provide brand education through staff training seminars.
• Process credits, returns, and manage receivables to keep accounts current.
• Achieve sales, distribution, and merchandising targets set by management.
• Monitor inventory trends and alert management to potential stock issues.
• Collect payments and handle customer issues, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Current associate with access to the internal Career Portal.
• Own a reliable vehicle and be able to travel to customer locations daily.
• Strong passion for customer service and a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a field‑based sales environment.
