Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Madison, WI. You will be responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with accounts in the beer, wine and spirits sector, delivering excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned accounts on a daily route, develop an efficient routing pattern, and identify sales opportunities.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, promote new products, and manage in‑store placements and promotions.
• Maintain product inventory levels, restock shelves where permitted, and conduct account surveys for compliance.
• Provide brand education through staff training seminars and handle customer issues or complaints.
• Collect payments, process credits and returns, and support new account openings with opening orders.
• Achieve distribution, volume, and activity goals for supplier brands as set by management.

Required profile

• Current associate eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for traveling to customer locations.
• Strong passion for customer service and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
