Sales Representative – Education Cooking Programs

About the role

LIFT Enrichment is seeking a driven Sales Representative to expand its cooking education programs in low‑income schools across the United States. You will work remotely, connecting with school districts, setting up Zoom meetings, and closing deals that bring hands‑on culinary experiences to students.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle with school district prospects, from cold calling to closing.
• Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to generate new leads.
• Schedule and conduct Zoom appointments, present program benefits, and follow up with prospects.
• Lead sales meetings with both new and returning clients.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline status.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year of proven sales experience, including closing deals.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
• Clear, professional English communication; native‑accent preferred.
• Extroverted, confident, and professional demeanor.
• Strong Zoom presence with clear audio, good lighting, and a professional setup.
• Reliable computer setup with two screens.
• Availability to work USA hours (9 am–5 pm PST).
