Sales Relief Representative

About the role

The Sales Relief Representative will help grow market share for Anheuser‑Busch products by engaging directly with retail accounts. You’ll be responsible for increasing distribution, managing shelf space, and creating attractive in‑store displays while building strong relationships with retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail accounts to sell volume, increase distribution, and monitor price and shelf‑space management.
• Negotiate agreements, close sales, and expand shelf space for Anheuser‑Busch brands.
• Gather market and customer information, providing feedback on buying trends.
• Participate in new product launch events and tastings.
• Make daily inventory decisions using past sales history and reports.
• Represent Anheuser‑Busch at promotions and company events.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; advanced degree preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle physical tasks such as lifting and hanging merchandise.
• At least one year of sales experience; beer/alcohol industry knowledge is a plus.
