Sales Engineer (OEM) Internship

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Engineer (OEM) Intern to support our OEM customers and help drive sales processes for HydraForce, a Bosch Rexroth business. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure product availability, performance and data‑driven insights throughout the internship.

Key responsibilities

• Support assigned OEM customers and act as a trusted liaison for production support, product development and performance analysis.
• Coordinate, measure, report and manage sales processes, generating regular KPI reports for the sales team and leadership.
• Assist Application Engineering on complex projects, preparing proposals and developing good‑better‑best offers.
• Document customer activity in the CRM system and use it to improve relationships and the customer experience.
• Collect, clean and analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities and process‑improvement ideas.
• Lead a manifold/application project from concept through prototype/production with selected customers and present results at the end of the internship.
• Travel within the US as needed.

Required profile

• Student entering Junior or Senior year of a Bachelor’s program in mechanical, mechatronic, quality, engineering technology, agriculture, electrical/electronic or industrial engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently and in teams.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Data analysis skills.
