Sales Enablement Manager – Remote or Dublin, CA

About the role

SavvyMoney, a fast‑growing fintech serving over 1,600 banks and credit unions, is looking for a strategic Sales Enablement Manager. The role will equip sales teams and reseller partners with consistent positioning, messaging, and training so they can win deals and clearly convey SavvyMoney’s value.

Key responsibilities

• Translate product roadmap and new features into sales‑ready messaging, training, and tools while feeding field feedback to product and product marketing.
• Design, deliver and continuously improve onboarding, certification and ongoing learning programs for sales reps, resellers and account managers.
• Create and maintain battlecards, objection‑handling guides and win/loss analyses to inform training priorities.
• Publish content in the CMS and CRM, monitor adoption, and report on usage, performance metrics and ROI of enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product Marketing, Product and Growth Marketing to ensure alignment and consistent storytelling.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations or related roles, preferably in financial services or fintech.
• Proven track record of building and running sales training and onboarding programs.
• Experience conducting competitive research and turning insights into sales assets.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑management skills with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
