Sales Development Representative

About the role

This full‑time Sales Development Representative position rotates through multiple territories, focusing on maximizing sales of supplier brands across the St. Augustine to Daytona Beach region. The role blends account management, merchandising, and brand promotion to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Visit accounts on a daily route, establishing an efficient routing pattern.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, including display ideas, new products, cold‑box, shelf, back‑bar placements, and promotions.
• Maintain product levels by taking inventory and restocking shelves where legally permitted.
• Ensure brand visibility using current point‑of‑sale materials.
• Collect payments and process checks or remittances where allowed.
• Conduct staff training seminars on brand knowledge.
• Track account buying patterns, pricing, and product programming to meet distribution and volume goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diplomatic customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently or within a team, and meet deadlines.
• Analytic and reporting abilities, sound judgment, and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other presentation software.
