Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join an executive‑search firm that partners with leading companies across life sciences, architecture, engineering, construction, banking and corporate tax. The role focuses on high‑volume outbound prospecting, qualifying leads and generating new business opportunities for senior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Make 85+ outbound calls daily to engage decision‑makers and qualify prospects.
• Maintain a pipeline of 150+ new opportunities each week, nurturing them through the sales process.
• Execute a structured touch‑plan to ensure consistent follow‑up and move leads toward discovery calls.
• Achieve discovery‑call targets and schedule pre‑discovery and discovery meetings.
• Continuously refine sales techniques based on coaching and feedback from senior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales or business‑development experience, preferably in a high‑call‑volume environment.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Availability to work 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
• Comfort with cold calling, objection handling and following scripts.

Required skills

• Experience using a modern CRM platform.
