Sales Business Development Manager – Image Guided Therapy (Mid‑West)

About the role

The Business Development Manager will focus on the Office‑Based Labs and Ambulatory Surgery Centers market in the Mid‑West, driving sales, building new client relationships and expanding existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and grow the business within Office‑Based Labs and Ambulatory Surgery Centers in the Mid‑West region.
• Develop and present business strategies, pitches and solution‑oriented models to new and existing clients.
• Manage multiple projects, identify new opportunities and support the sales team on innovative business models.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven experience in customer relationship and account management within the medical‑device or health‑technology sector.
• BA/BS in Business or related field, strong business acumen and ability to understand customers’ financial mechanisms.
• Self‑starter, creative thinker with a “fighter’s spirit” who can challenge the status quo and drive collaboration across internal and external teams.
