Sales Assistant (Per Diem) – Remote (ND, SD, WY)

About the role

The Sales Assistant (Per Diem) supports the Field Sales Representative across North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming. This part‑time, remote role helps schools and teachers during pilot programs, events and campaign roll‑outs. Ideal candidates are education professionals who enjoy direct interaction with educators and can travel frequently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the local sales team with sales presentations, pilot implementations, visits, local events and campaign drop‑offs.
• Maintain relationships with educators in pilot programs and strategic accounts to ensure smooth solution implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless communication and support.
• Assemble marketing materials and targeted collateral for mailings and presentations.
• Support sales teams at events and conferences by procuring samples, setting up and breaking down venues, and ordering food.

Required profile

• Prior experience in education, sales support, or customer success (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage educators and school staff.
