Sales Assistant / Junior Account Executive

About the role
CultureFly is seeking a proactive and highly organized Sales Assistant / Junior Account Executive to support its Club, Target, and Off‑Price business. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on training with an account executive and the chance to work directly with major retail accounts across toys, collectibles, tech, and gifting categories.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare item setups, spec sheets, and retailer submissions.
- Support meeting preparation, take detailed notes, and follow up on next steps.
- Manage order flow from purchase‑order entry through shipping.
- Coordinate product requests, artwork, and item tracking using Airtable and Monday.com.
- Collaborate with design, product development, operations, and production teams.
- Research and identify new buyer opportunities and assist with outreach strategies.
- Learn retailer systems and processes for Target, Club, and Off‑Price channels.
- Gradually assume ownership of customer relationships and accounts.
Required profile
- Self‑starter with a growth mindset and willingness to take initiative.
- At least 1 year of experience in wholesale, retail, sales support, or account management (preferred).
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and follow‑through skills.
- Interest in building a long‑term career in sales and account management.
