Sales and Service Banker – Customer Advisor

About the role

The Sales and Service Banker acts as a trusted advisor, building long‑lasting relationships and delivering tailored banking, lending and investment solutions while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor, building long‑lasting relationships and providing tailored banking, lending and investment solutions.
• Process teller transactions accurately, handle cash, and maintain cash drawer balances.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities, promote digital banking tools and achieve branch sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members to support branch performance and address customer concerns promptly.

Required profile

• 12+ months experience selling products or 6+ months retail banking sales experience with a proven record of customer acquisition and relationship growth.
• Strong customer‑service orientation in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, consultative and influence skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Computer proficiency and basic math skills for accurate transaction handling.
