Sales Analytics Analyst – Walmart & Sam’s Club

About the role

Join Nestlé’s Sales Analytics team to provide data‑driven insights that shape strategic decisions for our Walmart and Sam’s Club accounts. You will work closely with Customer Account Managers to drive market share for Nestlé’s coffee and beverage brands.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively generate actionable insights that support business needs and drive profitable brand performance.
• Provide analytical recommendations using syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen) and other data sources.
• Maintain deep category expertise and stay informed on broader market trends.
• Use data visualization and storytelling to build compelling sales presentations.
• Build and maintain 4P reporting tools essential for daily account team operations.
• Extract and analyze ad‑hoc data from syndicated sources, retailer platforms, and internal systems.

Required profile

• At least 18 months of experience in retail sales reporting or analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams.
• Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Understanding of 4P sales fundamentals.
