Sales Analytics Analyst – Walmart & Sam's Club

About the role

This role supports Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverage’s Walmart and Sam’s Club accounts from Rogers, AR. The Sales Analytics Analyst provides data‑driven insights, reporting and storytelling to help the sales team grow market share and drive profitable category performance.

Key responsibilities

• Generate actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and improve brand and category performance.
• Analyze syndicated data sources such as Circana and Nielsen, as well as point‑of‑sale and internal data.
• Maintain deep category expertise and monitor the broader business landscape.
• Develop data visualizations and storytelling assets for sales presentations.
• Build and maintain 4P reporting tools essential for daily account team operations.
• Extract ad‑hoc data from retailer platforms and internal systems for custom analysis.

Required profile

• At least 18 months of experience in retail sales reporting or analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer‑service orientation.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Xlookups, pivots, complex formulas).
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams.
• Data‑visualization techniques for clear storytelling.
• Experience working with syndicated data sources (e.g., Circana, Nielsen).
• Understanding of 4P sales fundamentals.
