Sales Analyst – Data Insights

About the role

Join Nestlé USA’s Sales Analytics team, the analytical engine that powers the company’s sales force. As a Sales Analyst you will work closely with Customer Account Managers to provide data‑driven insights that shape strategic decisions and drive category growth for iconic brands.

Key responsibilities

• Generate actionable insights that support business needs and drive profitable brand performance.
• Provide analytical recommendations using syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen, point‑of‑sale) and internal sources.
• Maintain deep category expertise and monitor the broader business landscape.
• Create data visualizations and storytelling elements for sales presentations.
• Build and maintain 4P reporting tools essential for daily account team operations.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis by pulling data from multiple platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 months experience in retail sales reporting or analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer‑service orientation.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, Xlookup, pivots).
• Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams.
• Data visualization techniques.
• Experience with syndicated data sources such as Circana and Nielsen.
