Sales Advisor – Brickell City Center, Miami

About the role

The Senior Sales Advisor will represent Boggi Milano at the Brickell City Center store, delivering high‑level service to both online and offline customers. You will act as a brand ambassador, drive sales, and build lasting customer relationships while supporting the store’s overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to all customers, promoting the brand and its products.
• Inform customers about loyalty program benefits to grow the customer database.
• Maintain brand‑aligned image and style as a Brand Ambassador.
• Develop and sustain long‑term relationships with clients to strengthen brand prestige.
• Contribute to sales strategies and help the team meet targets.
• Participate in store upkeep, stock management, inventory activities, and cash operations under supervision.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in menswear, fashion or luxury retail.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and premium brands.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work peak seasons, holidays, and weekends; able to lift 35 lb and stand for long periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS software for transactions, returns, and gift‑card processing.
• Experience using digital omnichannel tools such as tablets for sales assistance, click‑and‑collect, and online order support.
