Sales Advisor – Belmont Park Outlet

About the role

As a Sales Advisor you will act as a true Brand Ambassador, welcoming each client, understanding their needs and guiding them through a personalized shopping experience both in‑store and online. Your contribution will strengthen Boggi Milano’s brand image and help achieve sales targets through quality service and trusted relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated client experience, promoting the brand, products and loyalty programmes.
• Understand client needs, present products confidently and guide them toward the best choice.
• Build long‑term client relationships to foster trust, loyalty and repeat business.
• Support omnichannel initiatives such as Click & Collect, Seek & Send and in‑store digital tools.
• Maintain store presentation and organization to meet brand standards.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment and cash operations in compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Passionate about men’s fashion and delivering exceptional service.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and results‑driven mindset.
• 2+ years experience in menswear or premium fashion retail, with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays and peak retail seasons (at least 2 of 3 weekend days).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to lift 35 lb and stand for long periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS software for transactions, returns and gift‑card processing.
• Experience using omnichannel digital tools (e.g., tablets for sales assistance, click‑and‑collect systems).
• MTM (Made‑to‑Measure) experience is a plus.
