About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Account Executive for its San Antonio service center. The role focuses on selling industry‑leading transportation services and managing valuable customer freight.

Key responsibilities

Educate customers on the full range of transportation services offered.
Gain targeted market share on key lanes and pursue key accounts in selected industries.
Promote market awareness and visibility through presentations, contracts and proposals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the assigned territory.
Represent and reinforce the corporate image and culture.

Required profile

2+ years of LTL motor freight sales experience (preferred).
Proficiency with PC applications.
Strong knowledge of the local market.
Operations knowledge in an LTL environment (preferred).
