About the role
The International Rescue Committee is seeking a part‑time Administrative Coordinator to support the Safety, Health and Education Department. The role involves providing administrative, financial, and grant‑management assistance to ensure program efficiency and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, including scheduling meetings and maintaining program records.
- Assist with quality‑assurance tracking, program monitoring, and preparation of data reports.
- Process invoices, track expenditures, and support budget management and reconciliation.
- Support grant writing activities, track deliverables, and contribute to funding research.
- Coordinate communication across internal program teams and external funders.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., public health, public administration, business).
- Experience in administrative or program support within a nonprofit or humanitarian setting is preferred.
